This will take a long time to hash the files you want to share! Do it before the LAN!!

So with that being said, first we'll need a DC++ Client, lets go with ApexDC++ http://www.apexdc.net/download/

  1. Download ApexDC++
  2. Install ApexDC++ (Make sure you Uncheck the toolbars and etc free programs!)
  3. Run ApexDC++ and get ready for screenshots!

First enter you're Handle, to make this easy please use your most common handle or your ATR Gamers site display name.

You'll want to ensure you're connection settings match this. If your running multiple NICs you may need to reconfigure this, you enabled them both figure it out!

Then setup your download locations, you prolly don't want to save this stuff to a small drive.

Match these settings for Downloads->Queue, Don't need to segment files when we're moving at Gigabit speeds!

Time to setup Shares! Check the boxes on folders you want to share and let her run.

Set your upload slots to control how many people can connect to you. 5 is good on your primary box while 10 seems best on a server. If you start to lag while gaming, turn this down or off.

Last you'll want to turn off "Publish shared files on DHT and user it for searching alternate souces". This will prevent you from sharing anything by mistake with the INTERNETS :o

Click OK!

Now to connect to the ATRLAN HUB! @ 192.168.100.29!

Go to View->Favotire Hubs (ctrl+F) and click New... in the lower left.
