I'm joining a different guild with my main :/. At first i didn't want to post because i genuinely don't want to start up any toxic conversations as I know I'm not the only person doing this and I haven't raided since the beginning of legion, but it felt wrong to leave quietly as well because there are a lot of people here I really love. I'll be leveling an alt that I would also like to raid with and am considering doing it with ATR but i don't want to get anyones hopes up as this game is a lot of work with just one toon. I still love a lot of the people here and I still hope I'm invited to play red dead with you all when it comes out as well as monster hunter for pc when that drops if anyone is interested. I don't plan on leaving the community as I've been keeping track of the FB page even though i haven't been raiding. I don't really know what my long term plans are with BfA as i tend to get burned out on wow easily anyway but for now i'll be raiding elsewhere. hit me up for dungeons though if I have you on as a battletag friend. Imcute#11936 if you want to add me peeps. I Hope I've done this in as positive a way as possible because I don't really have any ill will towards people. Peace though for now raid team.

wasn't just you babe. I actually didn't find it to be toxic till a few people got tired of it and they started getting really upset the conversation kept going. Until then I thought it was warranted. I mean legendaries are crazy rng and when crazy shit happens like 2 people getting 2 in one night there is gunna be a certain amount of laughing and bitching. I think almost every other time people have been pretty congratulatory any time someone gets one, with maybe the exception of ward, and even then it was fun. I think its fair to keep the rules in mind but no reason to bench someone for being excited, or for the delicious mage tears we expect either, unless it gets out of hand, which towards the end it may have a bit because it wasted some time where we could have pulled the boss because people were too distracted. In my opinion this week was probably more chill than past weeks.

but.... If you can't rub it in peoples face what's the point of getting one? I have to let everyone know how big my weenie is! Everyone else has to feel bad for me to feel good!

just to clarify i'm not trying to start any shit or anything, im not mentioning names of proplem people, I just wanted to make a post on the forums to basically say... use the forums peeps. There have been certain people who almost every raid this xpac from day one have been arguing with officers in raid, then continue arguing in raid chat and being generally rude. Other people have intentionally instigated others who are known to be easily pissed off and it really brings the whole raid down. every week I've heard officers say, "Whisper us", "Make a post in the forums about it", or some other variation of clear ts and talk about it later. some frustrations are legitimate, some are dumb and aggravate everyone, either way, nothing is getting solved by yelling about stuff mid raid. I'ts been a great expansion so far, i dont want people to be bullied or just get burn't out because of a bad raid environment. all in all it hasn't been all that bad realistically as far as a group of 30 people strategizing together goes, but come on peeps, I've heard @Pìkachu call out clear TS more than a couple times the past few weeks for arguments and when pikachu is saying that i think we should listen. nothin against you babe i love ya.

super sick peeps. sorry i didnt post yesterday. it just came out of nowhere and i just forgot about raid entirely. i probably wont be on tonight either honestly.

I'll be playing warlock still but I may level a dk as well and might consider switching to that as main... maybe... I have a few alts

having internet issues, going on and off and when its on its not running fast enough for shit. also i might not be on tomorrow because i'll be out driving at the dmv practicing for my driving test thursday, i might be on time, might be late, or just not at all, but i'l try to be on if possible since i know attendance is an issue for mythic, sorry guys.

sooooooooooooooooo..... I'm probably gunna leave till legion.... or at least for now, It's been a pretty strange couple weeks for me IRL and in the meantime I ran out of gametime and I just dont feel like buying a new year right now because lately I've only been on during raid days because I love raiding with everyone, but i'm just getting burnt out on wow and I want to take some time to do other stuff, maybe start my own online design store and what not. I'll probably try to get on for gta thursdays more often though. Well just have to see, I will definitely be back for legion. sorry for not posting yesterday, irl friends have been stressful as fuck and I entirely forgot about raid. I'll be around though, but peace for now.

I'm not feeling too well. to those who don't know I have certain health issues that really hit me hard from time to time and it's on of those days, so I may or may not make it to raid but probably not. sorry peeps.

I think that people have really been going through the motions on a lot of fights which is why we have been wiping, and you took all the bosses seriously, reminded people to actually do mechanics, so I think people took it more seriously. overall it was a pretty nice raid last night I think. we have to call to clear TS every week on the same people, I don't think you went off on them too much more than necessary.

But for power? Now I'm imagining a goat body with your head on it and it's plotting to take over the world. And it's cackling maniacally. Now that would be a power-hungry roqwell goat. It's times like these that I wish I had any artistic ability whatsoever so I could just draw it.

here is the thing though, currently I think only one regular raider needs 4 pc, and that does suck, but theoretically we could be stuck doing that boss for 3 more weeks to get that one piece of loot, it just doesn't justify letting the whole raid get burned out. On top of that we definitely would have downed mannaroth and gotten some attempts in on heroic archi this week had we skipped. At this point its really a question of do we do the same bosses over and over again, or try to do the last two bosses as is, which we are likely more than capable of with our current gear IF we skip. I could still definitely use the tier helm, but its not worth holding the whole raid back for it. no ones gear is so bad that it feels like we are carrying them in the meters, so we should definitely be pushing new bosses. It is just a huge waste of time for most of the raid. I personally really want to down heroic archi before too many people get burned out, I would love to do mythic as well but i'm not holding out for it or anything. I don't thing doing them every few weeks is a bad idea, but I'm willing to bet raid attendance is going to suffer those nights. once we get archi we can work on full clearing every week.

To be fair, we don't have the people for mythic, so realistically we are going to be doing these bosses for a while. we might as well start skipping and doing something new and at least get some practice in on them. We are definitely going to be full clearing heroic soon and we will be able to go back and do all the bosses. In time the 2 or so people who don't have 4 piece will get it. If we have trouble with dps on Archi we can start farming them again. if we continue not skipping even if we get to him we'll only have like 20 minutes on him.
