I have recently felt, and been told by many of you, that you feel as though you are not being valued as members of the raid team for a variety of reasons just as diverse as the guild itself. I thought I would create this topic so that you can make yourself heard, I will reply to each of you in turn, and would like to state there will be no backlash for anything said by anyone in this thread. (None the less stay away from unfounded personal attacks.) So the long of it is, what are your attitudes towards raiding right now? How can we improve the raid environment? What would you like to see change? What would you like commended people for doing a great job at? IN addition feel free to add anything you find relevant. I look forward to the discussion in this thread.

Anyone can learn a spec or class, they will not perform with 100% effectiveness, but 80% is not out of the question. There are people here who can help, look for WA rotation helpers, read up on your class switch specs. Arma is a good example of this, he knew 2H frost was garbage time so he dedicated himself to learning Unholy. Everyone is capable of the same thing. You dont need to spend all week on it, but an extra hour or two per week should be acceptable. Learning during raid is not that effective (see me on IM last week). Any skill you currently have can always be improved upon, just ask for help, someone else in the guild will be more than happy to assist you if you need it. As for bosses I think clearing all bosses we have downed, including IM, then doing a few Mythic bosses would be good. Truth

fucking dropping and everything, the pipes for the laundry room are on the outside cement wall. They froze and weakened the solder. Father in law to the rescue, wife took day off to addresses it since I had to much shit at work, the two of them should have it all fixed. Raid should hopefully still be made by me. I was in the great white north all weekend leaving my pipes alone, at least they waited to be dicks until i got back.

Between back to work after a nice 4 day weekend and pipes freezing and bursting this morning I may not be able to make raid tonight. I am going to try and get everything taken care of with both of them prior to raid time but sadly can make no guarantees.

Can you elaborate on what officers are being hypocrites on?

ATR was founded as a community for people to have fun and see end game content. We never had to have a set of rules because people could follow the golden rule, dont be a dick (most of the time. We have fallen into a pattern of people thinking they are better than everyone else or giving shit where no shit needs given or constantly taking everything personally. This is a game, we are fighting over little bits and bytes for certain pieces of code that are marked up with a purple name. I understand sometimes things get heated, it happens, but live and let live and just play nice. We are not calling out certain raiders because we don't like them, I got docked EP last night when my dumbass face pulled Gruul, and I understand i deserved it. Accidents that still cause the guild to waste time are still a waste of time and should be punished accordingly. Please stop criticizing for the sake of criticizing, make it constructive, reaching out to players you think are under-performing will help bolster the whole guild! Just because there are now rules does not mean the guild is still not casual, if you think these rules make us hardcore, then go talk to someone who is actually in a real hardcore guild.

i got to the final wave of gold at 612 before dying on gold. I think it is doable, im just fucking up.
