My time has come. i am leaving ATR on my mage for the rest of Legion and will be maining my druid in another guild for BfA. For the most part I have zero issue with the people in ATR, there are just a couple of people that I can't raid with anymore, I just can't. So I have already pulled the mage out and I will be raiding with Stacked. Now before wild accusations start flying, they are not trying to recruit out of ATR, I went to them. Like I said, I still like most of you in ATR, and i'll still be around. The atmosphere of this group is great, outside of raid and I would really enjoy to still play games outside of WoW with most of you. The plan is to only really remove the Mage and Druid and leave the rest in ATR.

Ok, so update time. I am still at my "new" job and i still very much enjoy it. Now, I've been at it for about a month now and I am getting a promotion, kinda. I applied for a Corporate position and I got that position. So I am moving into the Inventory office here in the next couple weeks. Once that happens i will have Tuesday and Wednesdays off, So I will once again be able to raid, now that the xpac is wrapping up.lol

They changed it again. I am actually just getting fed up with all these damn changes. I am the only person who doesn't have set days off. For this week, I now have Monday and Thursday off. Wednesday i'll still be only a little late for whatever we are doing, but I will just straight miss Tuesday again

and because my job seems to hate me. it looks like next week i'll have tuesday off again and on wednesday i'll just be like an hour late. its super annoying

So a little change on this. My days off have now changed to Wednesday and Thursday. So I will be missing Tuesday nights and i'll be around on Wednesday. Just a heads up.

Ok, so i got a new job and its a good job and i like this job, however, I have to work Wednesdays for the foreseeable future. So I wont be online for Wednesday raid nights possibly for the next 1-2 months. Just a heads up.

Yes Mort, I used what the rest of the world uses for the date. and the Massage helps my back, since its all fucked up. I get a 1 hour massage every other week. i just forgot about time change, since where I am, we don't change our clocks.

I will be late on this day. I scheduled my Massage a little later than I had thought. So i'll be late, shouldn't be to late, but late. (less than an hour)

So it's coming to that time where I am going to need a new Keyboard. Mine is just dying, faster than I wanted it to, but it happens. I've been using the Steelseries Zmerc board now for the past 10 years or so and its going to be hard to get used to a different one, but steelseries doesn't make the Zmerc anymore :(. Anyone have any suggestions? I am not spending $200 on a keyboard btw, so leave those suggestions at the door. Thanks in advance.

So I started a new job today, 2/1, and for the next month i will be late for raid as I get off work when raid starts. Should only be about 30 min late, but that can change depending on traffic.

Figured I should actually just type this out, instead of just telling people I would. So last week I said I was bored of the game. That wasn't entirely true. Mostly I am frustrated. This frustration is caused by two things. 1. My damage has dropped so badly that I am surprised I am even allowed to raid anymore. (I actually know why I am allowed to raid: we are casual) Something changed between ToS and Antorius and i haven't figured out what is going on. Through forums, sims and tests I have been trying to figure it out, but I no matter what i do, nothing helps. So its frustrating that I am bottom of the list, AGAIN. 2. This one is a little harder to post, mostly because its not something I can change. As far as I've been told, we are a Casual Raiding guild, however, whenever we are in raid, there seems to be this air of hardcore attitudes. I play this game to have fun with people I enjoy playing with, but lately it just seems to be anger vs. anger. We have always (as long as I've been in the guild) been really good at having a few people calling things out. This works well since our RL is a tank (nothing wrong with that) and can't see everything with a giant boss's nuts in his face. Lately however, it seems as if that isn't something that is wanted by the RL, so we just get people talking over each other. Another thing is changing positions week to week, which just causes confusion mostly as well as frustration. I can understand if the groups have to be changed due to dmg/heal needs, but if this isn't an issue, there is no real need to change groups every week. I'll make the macro for whomever needs it so we can keep things the same, would be easy, then no more confusion. 3. If the above is a push to leave the casual scene, then just make the announcement and lets change. If that change isn't happening, then the above needs to be worked on. I'll work on my issue as well, as I have been when I have free time. I'm not angry with anyone (not really) it just seems as if things are starting to unwind, which isn't good. I don't want to take a break, I enjoy the damn game to much. Also, I am not trying to start drama or shit with anyone, just trying to open dialogue with people and i am bad at doing that through speech. (even though my spelling sucks. thank fuck for spell check)

After last night, I started thinking about if I enjoy raiding anymore. it has come to me that i do not. So i am taking a break. not sure if its just for a couple weeks or till the end of the xpac, but i am no longer having fun. The mood of last nights raid was 2 fold. Part of the group was just having fun, but there was another part that was just angry and getting madder and madder as the night went on. To me, that isn't fun. We say we are a casual raid guild, but people still yell and argue, where is the fun in that? So I will not be going to raid for at least a couple weeks, so I can see if i miss it enough to come back. I will possibly be online randomly to do WQ's or pug a raid or just farm stuff, but I will not be attending our raids. If any officer wants to talk to me about it, you can I don't care, but it should be done by whisper (or whatever its called on this website). My anger doesn't need to be blasted to everyone and no one else's anger should be blasted openly to everyone either. To those of you who are still having fun, good luck on the heroic progression.

Cook at a Bowling ally/Brewery

So I start my new job next Tuesday I won't be here for raid. and To be honest, I haven't gotten my schedule yet, so I am not sure if I will be here on Wednesday either, but I'm not sure yet. But I finally got a job, so, worth it. (been jobless since mid June)

Well, with Arcane, the 4 piece is actually really bad w/o the pants. Arcane is seriously that spec that is pretty dependent on one Legendary item. W/o it, its pretty much a dead spec. I have the rotation down and I have the play style down, I just run out of mana to fast to make any of it work. Burst dmg with Arcane is very nice, but sustained dmg is absolute shit, w/o the 1 specific lego. So i'll just work on the ilvl of my staff for frost I guess.

Gonna put this here as I can type it all out and explain things. In my current set up, as Arcane, my dmg/dps wont go to much higher unless I can get the Lego Pants. I run out of mana to fast to be able to do much. As frost, my weapon's ilvl just isn't high enough to get close to Maz and Pika. With all that said, I know I switched to the mage because I didn't like Ele, however, I can do more dmg as Ele currently. So for progression fights where dmg is an issue (Avatar, yes its an issue) I can bring my Shaman to help push past that. And before anyone says "what about the gear on your mage?" Avatar doesn't give me anything GROUND BREAKING. Progressing to me is more important than an item that wont do much for me. Now, my dmg on my mage is crap, I don't care what anyone says. I am 95% of the time barely above the tanks. So trying to tell me that my dmg is fine, well, you don't have to lie to me, its shit, lets be honest here. So at least thing about what I have typed here. Not trying to start Drama, just stating the facts and giving an option. If its decided that no, the raid team doesn't want to go this route, i'll leave it alone.

Ok, plans have changed. i WILL be here on the 29th, however, I WILL NOT be on for the 5th and 6th as those are now the moving days. i'll be driving to Phoenix.

I may or may not be here for thursday night's raid. Getting really close to actually moving and we are trying to figure out when I have to have all my shit packed. My computer and Computer desk will be the last things packed, just trying to figure out if it has to happen Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. On a side, internet at the new place should be hooked up the day we arrive, so I should be fine that first week. I'll keep you posted for changes.

LOTS of changes coming. Most look very VERY nice. Patch Notes Enhance is getting major changes, along with what looks like making Ascendance mainline. Ele changes are minimal, which is ok. (only class i pay attention to right now). But lots of changes. For us Profession people, some very nice changes on the way as well.
