So i should have made this post like a week ago or so, but yea FML. Currently I am not sleeping, like maybe 10 hours a week, if i'm lucky. This is do to extremely high stress and anxiety levels. These levels are because I have till July 1st to find a new job and place to live or I become homeless (current job doesn't pay enough to do shit in Denver). So yea, I am trying my best to be here and I will be random at best until I can figure something out. Sorry if this is affecting the raid team, that was not what I wanted to see happen.

Posting late because I am dumb. I tried all week to drop this shift. I can't make it tonight as they gave me a shift outside of my availability . Is only this week, but still. So I wont be here tonight but i'll be here tomorrow.

I can show up for like the first hour, however, at 7:30 MST I will be heading off to attempt to buy tickets for Blizzcon. It sucks that the first wave is so late on Wednesday, but them the breaks.

I wanted to apologize to everyone about raid tonight. I finally slept for the first time in almost 3 days. I tried to get up for raid, but it just didn't happen. I slept through 3 alarms. i am sorry and hopfully my sleep schedule will right itself after my epic sleep time today. Smerffy

I figure I'd just expose the elephant in the room: Off Tank. I feel this situation was handled poorly. Not putting blame on anyone, just think it could have been handled better. I offered to switch to my Pally and power level to make sure we can keep raiding without any major hindrance. I talked to the Officers about it and thought that was done. However, Ward was leveling and/or gearing his Monk at the same time. I did not know he was going to do that and I don't know who knew he was going to do that. Not blaming him for it, he probably had the same idea I had: whatever we need to move the team forward. There is nothing wrong with that. Now, where I have an issue. This should have been figured out. Either with Ward and I having a chat, or the officers stepping in or something. Again, not blaming anyone, just confused. Personally I will do what is needed for the group. Weather that be tanking, healing, or dpsing. What would I prefer? healing of course, but we have amazing healers and i wouldn't ask any of them to step down. I believe I am not doing that well on the shaman and as elemental I am not having much fun, which is why I offered to go tank. So moving forward, we need to figure out who is going to be the other tank with Papa. From my personal preference, I believe Ward should stay on his hunter, only because he has Higher damage than i do on my shaman. However, if he wants to tank, then he should do that. But don't switch after a month, cause that doesn't help anyone. I only say this because @Wardpelican you have changed your class 3 times with going to the monk. I am all for playing what you want, but changing to often hurts the group. I am not one to talk, I have changed as well, but I plan on staying with whatever we need to move forward. All opinions are welcome and a discussion is helpful. Smerffy

Will not be at raid on this day either. Damn holiday season is still in full effect at my work. I hate the theater sometimes. I tried as hard as I could to get this week off. I'll be around on Thursday though.

I know for sure 21/12/16 I will not make raid, but the rest of Dec is a little wonky. I work @ a movie theater and xmas day is our busiest day (not a raid day, I know). However, these last few weeks will be crazy because College and high school is out. I can't guarantee my attendance for the rest of the month. I will do my best to give notice if I am going to miss a day, however, sometimes things randomly pop up, like last Thursday (8/12/16).

I will be back this next week and I'll be ele, so 2 birds one shaman?

I've been running sims all morning, with my toon and others. Testing out different potion/food combo's. I've come up with some pretty interesting things. As I run more of these, I plan on actually building something nice to look at (currently on a paper in my super amazing chicken scratch) and posting my findings. I have noticed that everything changes as ilvl goes up. Even 1 ilvl makes everything change, so its a little nuts right now. This is what I do in my spare time btw, I load up minecraft and I run sims. This is the HC raider in me coming out, so I need to do something about it.

This would be correct. My ability to read a calendar in Wind 10 sucks, or maybe its because Microsoft is dumb

I will Not be on for raid for November 3rd and 4th. I will be in Anaheim for that Entire week for Blizzcon. I will see if i can get my Laptop to run WoW properly, however, on the 4th (Thursday) I will be getting drunk with random nerds. Smerffy

I've played all the zones on Beta (as alliance). Val'sharah is where I will be starting or Highmountain. Azuna is actually the only zone I didn't finish in Beta, but the alliance start was very shitty, so here's to hoping the horde is much better. BTW, I played as alliance on Beta as to keep some kind of mystery for the horde.

So this sucks, but here goes. The Colorado Caucus is on this night @6:30 pm MST. So I will be missing like half the raid. which blows and i'm not happy, but I need to get my vote out there or my friends and mom may beat my ass. Also, there is no AFK thread, which is strange, just sayin. I will be there on Wednesday though and don't foresee any other missed days in the near future.

Will be doing Ehance MS and Resto OS.
