  1. According to what I've read, you can 2 heal it so we can have the druid and priest heal. We'll need a spriest to soak big banks so zaub can play his as shadow.
  2. Yeah, the only reason I got a lvl 80 toon is because I had to delete a toon to do RAF, then delete one again. After that, I never had the drive to level from 80 to 85 with a toon I'll probably never play. I guess it worked out.
  3. Nope, you gotta be level 80. Also, I got a shammy at lvl 80. Count me in. I'll throw bolts or heal noodles. whatever. BTW, this is a great idea bash. Good thinking man. Does it have to be Saturday though? That's like literally the only day I'm not available. Also, now that we are level 90, we can definitely 5 man ulduar 25man. We can use Uld25 gear to gear up the alts and we'll get geared WAY faster than doing uld10 runs. We can use ilvl 226 armor and ilvl 232 weapons. Why? Because that's the ilvl for Uld10 hard mode gear.
  4. The xpac just came out. People have an idea of what they'll be doing based on PTR but little actual practice on the bosses has been had with thousands of guilds. For the first three bosses, I am intentionally not posting strats on the forums to avoid confusing people if we go with a strategy that works better for us. The last 3 bosses are a bit more technical and we'll be more prepared for them.
  5. If we didn't make progress the day before with our normal geared raiders, we aren't gonna make progress on Sunday. Sure, right now the average person at 90 isn't much less geared than us, but give it a month or two when we're all in epics and you won't find good fill-ins. It has to be all or none.
  6. Anything more than 30 raiders would cause us to gear up the raid way slower and cause the same issues we had last xpac. Going to three days would cause the same issues as well unless we require almost 100% attendance, like we do with 2 days now. Just food for thought.
  7. what? Since when?
  8. Oh I see. Ignore me then.
  9. Man, I apparently have a ton of tatoos on my ass. Who would've thought?
  10. I actually looked it up Unholy and Shadow priests do REALLY high dps on stone guards because of multi-dotting both dogs. Work on that and your numbers will go way up.
  11. WoL showed 71.3k on our kill last night, which put you at 115% of rank limit. Nice. Only other person was Heldarram who placed at 53k because nobody plays destruction I almost ranked myself, at 96%. Regardless of how OP monks are, I was still oh so close!
  12. Very nice work Duck. You and Sazda will fit in perfectly, he was always ranking on WoL in DS fights. We normally have Unholyfaith run WoL but we forgot last night. Once we get it running again, you'll be able to see the WoL results.
  13. Sazda, that's heroic mode. The dog pet thing is cool but I think that some people will need to farm out perky.
  14. Assuming that Ninja has a 463 dagger that she's gonna use instead of her legendary poker, she's actually at 455. Still too low, but not as bad as it would initially seem.
  15. We're doing 3 tanks. 4 Tanks in a normal fight with 4 adds would reduce tank spike damage and still keep DPS high (A tank at this point in time should do a ton of DPS), but the mechanics of this fight prohibit this. The rend flesh that the dogs put out cause most of the damage and it's not stackable. So you're talking about worrying about 3 rends instead of 4. Also, the rotations will happen faster with less dps downtime.
  16. We have a tree: Chillr. If eveningbark is raiding with us, I think he's feral too. I think we don't have a boomkin or dps dk.
  17. Good info, thanks. I had no idea that you could loot the claw off of Sha to get a quest item. Awesome!
  18. I'm talking about a 25man strat now. Grouping up will cause us to trivialize chains but it will cause puddles and mines to cause us to move non-stop. Don't forget that 10man has 3 dogs, 25m has 4. That 4th. would cause mines to spawn as well. In the 10man vid where they only had to move for puddles, they were moving constantly. In a 25man with mines too, the movement would be non-stop and kill our DPS. 4 Tanking is a possibility if our tanks can't execute tank swaps correctly. I am far too busy pumping out heals on a new class to make the calls on when to switch and if our pattern of tanks messing up the rotation continues into next week, we'll have no choice. Losing one DPS (Out of 15) won't be that big of a hit in 25man but would trivialize the tanking aspect.
  19. Did they enrage? I'm pretty sure that our DPS was better. @Sazda: We had a strategy but tanks kept dying or blowing up our raid. Our biggest cause of wipes was the tanks not executing the swapping correctly, which is admittedly very confusing at times. As the night went on, we got better and better attempts because they got used to the swapping. The only reason that the raid grouped up was because that raid group had both a resto shammy and a tree druid, which have placed ground-effect AOE's. Our raid had none, so we were able to spread out more and each individual member was asked to move less. I think that our strategy for the 25-man is going to be to group up in 2 or 3 ranged piles (Probably 3) so that each group has to move less when a puddle or mine spawns. We will then 4 tank it (Yes, that's not a typo) because it will make the tank swaps absurdly easy and I think we have 4 geared tanks right now.
  20. All the int in the world means nothing if I can't execute a basic rotation. During our MV attempts, I was doing about 50k hps but going oom in 2 minutes or so. This was not me spamming big heals or something. It was me casting the most basic, cheap spells. So I'm going heavily spirit.
  21. I think that all officers would agree that we'd rather you do what you enjoy the most. That's pretty much been the standard for as long as I've been here.

    DKP System Rules

I understand the concern, but hiding dkp numbers will not "solve" this. People will still talk to one another. If a item for a specific class comes up (as example), one of two things will happen: 1) People collaborate and give the item to one person for a minimum price 2) People will bid as much as they possibly want to spend no matter if DKP is hidden or not (may it only be to increase the prize for the person that will end up getting it). But as the rules say, you do not pay what you bid. You pay "one over" the 2nd best bid - making this statement pretty much void. Basically, hidden dkp promotes some kind of "black market" if you will where people start whispering to one another about bids on items that can come up from the next boss. Yes, they will also do it of dkp is know for everyone - but at least it is a more fair game. (i acknowledge that we are both using the argument "more fair" for our different points of view) In the end: whatever... i will be fine with either way, just voicing my opinion here Your opinion is appreciated and you bring up valid points. Thank you.

Gump is the loot officer and will decide the final numbers and final draft. Whatever he decides (Or decided), I support him.

That was my fault. My dad was in the hospital and is having surgery today. The timing is unfortunate but I needed to see him before Surgery. I raced back home as fast as I could but I couldn't be there on time. You know what my attendance is normally. I think I earned one late day. My apologies, it was thought out by me ahead of time but I forgot to include it in the draft. Most of the numbers are based off of existing guilds' practices but the Decay is a new idea and one that a couple of DKP guides highly recommend. Even stil, the number is more or less random. We will iterate on it. Last but not least: Gump wants to keep it hidden. He has final say so give your feedback to him.
