Well i do kinda agree with the first point im looking at this from a long term perspective (and in no way am i trying to push anything or come off seeming like i want to xfer badly im just stating the point i believe to be stronger) In the end i support whatever choice the guild makes. Out of probally the 100+ different people who play in our guild only 24 have voted so we only have a fracture of real numbers statically with 4 being against 5 undecided people and 15 for it. As for you stateing that this would worsen our problem pika i far from believe that just due to the fact we already have that core family established in our guild and even all our new trials and people who join eventually become part of that close feeling i doubt this would change on whatever server we play on just due to the fact its the guild itself that provides this and the people that join only help it grow. I just feel that IF we did it would end up making the game more enjoyable for most and take alot of stress off of people just due to the easier recruitment we would still have the same rules guidelines and closeness we would just expand a little better. I think change is good what you do it for the right reasons and don't lose track of your orignal insight and that being our guild atmosphere. And yes i understand people are pretty attached to skullcrusher heck i even have another facebook just for my toon on this server so i understand the pain of leaving it behind where you once had all your memory's but as long as the people in this guild are close it doesnt matter where when or how much you play in the end its the same old game wherever and its just those people you enjoy playing the game with. I do understand from a cost point many of you have several toons you are attached to and that makes sense but in my personal opinion since account bound everything exists its not a huge deal where they sit but then again i don't play alts that much so i could be wrong. But i just figured id throw another 2 cents in and see what others think. (Feel free to ignore me alot of people on skullcrusher already have ) All im saying is the list of pros outweighs the cons alot

wait were on a pvp server right now i couldnt tell =O but as it stands right now we have 13 that have said yes, both ansky and soknar have said no, tych darizz tiggles and chex dont know im not counting you snuggle cause you said you would come if we did, and lastly that leaves pika and mastric who said they would never leave skullcrusher (but we all know pika will follow me anywhere ) but that still tends to leave alot of our raiders and others who havent voted yet

Honestly it is a fact skullcrusher is dieing i hate to say it cause its been my home for 5+ years now but its nowhere like it used to be during its peak where cities were flooded trade chat had more going on then just us trolls in it and the alliance race actually existed =O. Tbh i know there is alot of servers that are in a worse case then us but just our decline over the past year or 2 weve lost alot of good raiding guilds /players who have felt the same way making the whole pool of decent players on the server a lot smaller. In all honesty me myself would of probably left a long time ago if it wasn't for such a amazing guild that i feel so tied to because i know i wont find another one with this same environment / flexabilty plus i do have a ton of memories here. Although i just feel this is a good idea because at the current rate things are going right now sure we can get by sure we might be able to recruit people for the next 6 months to a year but in the long term you really have to stop and look at it and realize its only going to get harder as time goes on due to the talent and interest pool decreasing. Its already a fact that this server wont get any better its already hit its peak long ago and is steadily in the decline. Im just looking at this from the point of us almost having to cancel raid twice in the past week and a bit and just go to a 10 man because if and when one of those night comes alot of people will sit out =( but the only reason we managed to get by these weeks is cause of casuals that could come those nights or because of friends of people in the guild. I understand now people will just say oh recruit but honestly that puts alot on bash because say he recruits for a hour a day gets about 4 bites in a week if that because i know he doesn't even get that much but then 2 bail 1 things dont work for and we recruit 1 and there semi decent but then they tend to leave for whatever reason were just having way hard time gaining members for what were losing and its not cause hes not trying its just due to facts. Ps sorry for the wall of text i just wanted to state how i really felt

i work till 4:30 on saturdays i usually work till 4:30 6 days a week snuggle anytime after that im able to though

Im going to ethier miss the whole raid or be really late tonight due to personal reasons hopefully im able to come slay dragons later on just dont be expecting me when raid starts

Lately my raid attendance hasn't been the greatest due to me having to receive training. For the next couple weeks i'm probably going to have to miss a couple raids / be late for them until this training concludes on Dec 2nd. I apologize for all the problems that this causes.... and no there's no rp in this thread =(

Dear guild today i learned the very sad news that i have to go into work tonight so i wont be able to make raid till roughly around 10ish. Im sorry for any issues this causes and i have wrote out apologies to everyone in the raid. ... Today as i was walking through durotar doing my dailys protecting skullcrusher and all i recived a phone call. At first i thought hrmmmm what noob needs my help and where (probally pikachu) so i mounted up on my celestial steed ready to take action. I picked up my phone and nobody was on the other side i was like dammm this is srs buisnesss all of a sudden i heard a voice it was a weak voice saying Jordan Jordan. I responded yes what can i do for you they said we need you to come into work tonight and work we cant manage without you. I was like i know but i promised my friends i was going to help them slay dragoonnns tonight and rescue the helpless princess varibash. So i agreed to go into work and hopped back online to tell unholyfaith that i couldn't make raid. He was all then whos going to give me my di rawrrrrr rawrrrrr rawrrrr and im like at least chex isnt getting it and hes like go make a fourm post so people can creep you irl and you can post stuffs. So i did and that brings us to now and why im unable to make raid tonight. Ps. if you actually read all that im loling at you right now Pps.
