I usually grab a Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel or McMuffin or something along those lines in the morning. Today thought I would be a *little* better and grab oatmeal instead. Found a lovely probably good 8" strand of hair in it. So much for that ever again.

Holy crap...

After hearing about a lovely conversation my grandmother had with my parents recently about my being too fat, i'll be sure to think of her tonight while I enjoy a nice rare steak and a couple brats. Hate to break it to you, but I feel good, I'm getting better and I'll out live you. Maybe you should have had that conversation 20 years ago.

Wonderful evening yesterday with Sean Papps and Crystal Taylor-Papps. So happy to see everyone this weekend. Can't wait until August Uhg now if only I didn't have a 12 hour drive back home.
